My Valentine

Since Joe had been gone all week we decided to stay home for valentines day. I wanted to make something really yummy, semi fancy, and also something that Joe would consider one of his favorites. So I decided to make Chicken Cordon Bleu with lemon feta noodles with peas. Two of Joe's favorite dishes. I wanted to make it special so I used Prosciutto and Gruyere. It turned out really good! So I took a picture. (the corn was added just because I had it)    

We got Elinor a bubble maker for valentines day :)
